14-day money-back guarantee on your first draft
If you are not happy with your first draft, tell us within 14 days of delivery what is wrong. If we cannot put it right, we refund the one-time build fee.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; the current paid month runs to its end and is not pro-rated.
Work already delivered
Completed and approved deliverables — published posts, published articles, live campaigns — are not refundable, since the work has been produced and shipped.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting add-ons purchased through a registrar, and advertising spend paid to Meta or Google are billed by those providers and follow their own refund rules.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
