1. Services
Kalag Digital Marketing Services provides website builds, managed plans and marketing services selected in the Kalag Builder. The exact scope is the set of items shown in your estimate at checkout.
2. Pricing and currency
All prices are quoted and charged in US dollars. One-time fees are charged before work begins; monthly plans are charged on the same date each month until cancelled.
3. Renewals and cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically. You can change or cancel any plan from your dashboard at any time before the next renewal date; cancellation stops future charges and service continues to the end of the paid period.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying content, brand assets and approvals, and for owning the rights to anything you send us. Domains are registered in your name through our registrar partner and billed by that registrar.
5. Revisions and approvals
Delivered work appears in your dashboard for review. You can approve an item or request a revision; plans include the revision allowance shown in your package.
6. Advertising spend
Ads management fees cover our work only. Media spend is billed directly to you by Meta, Google or the relevant platform.
